Company News | The OKR Management Training Session of Didu New Energy was Successfully held

From January 10th to 11th, DidU New Energy held the 2025 OKR Agile Goals Workshop - Efficient Leadership Training at the Vienna Hotel in Chang 'an. This training aims to promote the implementation of the company's strategy, build consensus, and enhance management skills. We have specially invited Teacher Deng Yujin to give the lecture. General Manager Zeng Qingqian of the company, Vice President Ma of Changjiu Logistics Group and other senior leaders, as well as the heads of various management departments and directly affiliated business departments of DidU, attended this training.

Through systematic study and practice, the participants deeply explained the core points of the OKR management method, laying a solid foundation for the formal implementation of this method in the company.

Teacher Deng Yujin gave an in-depth explanation to the attending managers on how to precisely align the organizational strategy with individual goal plans through the OKR management method, and systematically expounded on the setting and operation methods of OKR. He pointed out that traditional KPIs are usually set by employees themselves in a "top-down" manner, focusing on evaluating work results by quantifying key indicators. OKR, on the other hand, places greater emphasis on "bottom-up" goal setting, which must be closely linked to the company's vision and mission to ensure a clear direction and further break it down into clear milestones and quantifiable key results, thereby helping teams and individuals focus on challenging goals.

The uniqueness of OKR lies in the fact that the goal setting needs to have the characteristics of clarity, motivation, clear time nodes and clear execution subjects. At the execution level, OKR emphasizes rhythm management - through a cycle of clarifying responsibilities, promoting execution, and reviewing and summarizing, as well as a virtuous management rhythm of presenting results, it ensures the efficient achievement of goals.5During the training process, the management personnel of Dido deeply studied and understood the core points of the OKR management method, and conducted discussions and exchanges in combination with actual business scenarios.
